You were never meant to survive alone.

Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Women and Parents in Colorado who are ready to stop surviving and start belonging.

Parenting While on Fire

Parenting is already hard. But when you're neurodivergent and your kids are too, it's like being lit on fire and asked to teach them how to stop, drop, and roll.

This isn’t a ‘parent better’ group. It’s a ‘stop breaking for everyone else’ group—a group for the parents doing the invisible, exhausting work of raising neurodivergent kids while unlearning the neurotypical blueprints they were given.

The Unmasking Circle

High-functioning was never the goal. Unmasking is.
