Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider but I am not out of reach. I partner with Thrizer to simplify reimbursement for clients who wish to use their out-of-network (OON) benefits, reducing executive function demand as much as possible. You are charged for sessions through their portal and they handle the rest, including submitting claims to your insurance company automatically.

Please note: I’m unable to see clients who have Medicaid, even if you plan to pay out of pocket. This is due to state regulations in Colorado.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The next step is to schedule a free 15 minute consultation with me! During our consult, we can make sure I am a good fit for you, you can tell me more about what you’re looking for in therapy, and you’ll have an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. I look forward to chatting more!

  • I believe self-identification and self-diagnosis is valid. You know yourself better than anyone else does. Neurotypical people don’t spend time researching or questioning whether they’re neurodivergent—because it never crosses their mind. They just know who they are.

If you’ve ever wondered about being neurodivergent, binged TikToks that hit too close to home, researched symptoms at 2 a.m., or found yourself keeping a list of “reasons I might be faking it,” there’s probably a reason. It’s because there are parts of you that don’t fit the mold of neurotypicality—and you feel it.

Despite what headlines might say, people don’t leap to identify as neurodivergent. They spend years trying to talk themselves out of it. Most ND people can list every reason they aren’t neurodivergent before they can name the one that finally made it all make sense.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to start therapy with me. If your lived experience points you toward neurodivergence, that’s enough.

  • I offer both options. For clients who prefer face-to-face support, I offer in-person sessions in Greenwood Village, CO, just off I-25 and Orchard.

I also offer virtual sessions from anywhere in Colorado—so you can stay curled up in your soft clothes, avoid traffic and waiting rooms, or just conveniently fit sessions into your schedule.

I want therapy to feel easy, accessible, and delivered in the way that you feel most comfortable. You don’t have to commit to just in-person or just virtual, either. You can choose a hybrid model if that feels best for you!

  • My fee is $175 for a 50-minute individual therapy session. The initial 60-minute intake session is $215.

I don’t accept insurance directly, but I do partner with Thrizer to help make the process for receiving reimbursement for out-of-network services as painless as possible. They process your payments and automatically submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you’re working towards a deductible, they help you keep track of your progress for free. After meeting your deductible/if you do not have a deductible, they offer 2 options to clients for continuing to submit claims automatically on your behalf. You can choose to pay a 1% fee to continue paying for the session upfront and waiting for reimbursement or you can choose to pay a 5% fee and only pay your co-insurance amount while Thrizer fronts the rest of the fee and waits for reimbursement.

  • Our first session is an intake appointment where I’ll gather a deeper understanding of your background, identity, and needs. I’ll ask a lot of clarifying questions to help me understand your brain, your nervous system, and what kind of support you’re hoping for. Together, we’ll begin creating a foundation for our work and outline your goals moving forward. You’ll leave the session with a clear sense of direction—and a therapist who actually gets it.

  • The length of therapy depends on your individual goals, needs, and readiness for change. Some people come in with a specific issue to work through; others are looking for long-term support as they unmask, heal, and rebuild. On average, most of my clients work with me for 6 to 12 months—but the timeline is always shaped by you.

  • No, I only work with adult neurodivergent women. This is the population where my training, lived experience, and passion align most fully—and where I can offer the most effective, affirming care.
